This is a part-time assignment where you will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client in Finland.
About the company
Our client is a well-established company with modern office facilities in Espoo. The company name will be shared during an initial conversation due to confidentiality.
Responsibilities
As an Office/Facility Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact on-site and responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly. You will help create a pleasant and well-organized environment while handling tasks related to service, logistics and internal routines. The role is broad and includes daily operational tasks, supplier contact, administrative duties and coordination.
You will handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage access cards and support new employees with mobile phones, SIM cards and other orders. You will book meetings when needed, assist with ad hoc tasks such as ordering flowers and catering, and work in the client’s internal systems. The role also includes some invoice handling and reporting related to office operations.
In this role, you will:
Act as the primary point of contact in the office
Take ownership of the office environment
Handle mail, access cards, mobile phones and orders
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain supplier contact and handle simple invoices
Perform ad hoc tasks such as ordering catering and office supplies
Education, experience and personal qualities
Previous experience in service, administration or a coordinating role
Ongoing higher education, another primary occupation or recently retired
Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
We believe that you are comfortable working with people and enjoy being the one who makes things happen. You are structured, take initiative, and feel confident taking ownership of your responsibilities. You are organized, service-minded, and comfortable handling both planned tasks and fast-paced ad hoc requests.
