Tasks and responsibilities

As a Product Manager focusing on Localization & Compliance, you will ensure that Semine’s products meet local market requirements and regulatory standards when they expand into new countries and regions. You will also work with other areas depending on current projects.

You will drive initiatives related to internationalization, accounting standards, and compliance, working closely with legal, R&D and customer-facing teams. Your work will be critical in adapting Semines solutions to new markets and ensuring that their customers can trust Semine to deliver compliant and locally relevant products wherever they operate.

• Own and drive localization and compliance initiatives for new markets

• Ensure products meet local regulatory and accounting standards

• Collaborate with legal, engineering, and customer-facing teams

• Adapt solutions for internationalization and market-specific requirements

• Monitor changes in compliance and proactively update product features

Education, experience and personal characteristics

• Several years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on localization or compliance

• Experience with international product rollouts and regulatory standards

• Knowledge of accounting, finance, or legal requirements in software products

• Fluent in English and knowing a Nordic language is an advantage
